Role & Company / Project Overview: • Role: Freelance Recruiter – Non-IT • Project Overview: Urgent hiring for independent recruiters to handle Non-IT talent acquisition on a flexible, commission and performance-incentive basis. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for Non-IT profiles, particularly focusing on BPO Sales hiring requirements. • Utilize recruitment job portals to identify potential talent, screen resumes, and match qualifications with job descriptions. • Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews. • Maintain recruitment pipelines and dedicate at least 4 to 5 hours on a daily basis toward hiring targets. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: Minimum 4 months of relevant experience in Non-IT recruitment. • Preferences: Prior recruitment experience in BPO Sales hiring is preferred. • Eligibility Criteria: - Must have relevant Non-IT recruitment experience. - Must be comfortable with pure commission-based earnings and incentive structures. - Must be able to commit a minimum of 4–5 hours daily.
