• Role & Company / Project Overview We are building Keshav, a collective of trusted freelancers who work together as one team to bring founders from brand idea to launch. We are looking for an experienced Brand Designer to join as a core team member. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design memorable logos and develop comprehensive visual identity systems. - Create clear, consistent brand guidelines for emerging companies and founders. - Collaborate across strategy, marketing, and development streams within the collective. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Individual freelancers residing in India only (no agencies). - Strong design portfolio demonstrating expertise in logo creation, brand identity, and visual design guidelines. - Professional and prompt communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Remote arrangement. - Project-based freelance engagement. • Compensation & Benefits - Paid trial project. - Pre-agreed fixed share per project (no fixed early-stage salary). - Portfolio case study credits and collaborative network support. • Application Instructions - Provide your portfolio link, intended role, and weekly availability to apply.
