Job description

We are looking for a senior FP&A Delivery & Site Lead with 20+ years of experience to build, manage, and scale a large-scale FP&A Centre of Excellence. The role will focus on delivery leadership, people management, client relationships, governance, capability development, industry expansion, and site growth across global markets. Key Responsibilities include building and scaling the FP&A CoE from 100+ FTEs to a 1000+ FTE organization, owning end-to-end delivery, governance, people leadership, client relationships, and capability development, leading global FP&A delivery teams across North America, Europe, UK, and APAC, driving FP&A practice, CoE, and client portfolio growth across industries and geographies, leading strategic initiatives focused on process excellence, innovation, and measurable business outcomes, driving planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and finance business partnering, managing senior client and CFO-level stakeholders, driving revenue protection, margin management, and integrated finance and operating models, promoting adoption of GenAI, Agentic AI, hyperautomation, analytics, and emerging technologies, supporting GTM, solutioning, capability expansion, and CoE growth initiatives, and developing talent, building capabilities, and establishing strong governance and operating processes. Required education includes CA / CMA / CPA / MBA Finance. Preferred certifications: FPAC, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt, PMP, Power BI / Analytics, AI for Finance.
