• Role & Company / Project Overview: Setsail Marketing is scaling its outbound engine and looking for a high-performing Cold Email Specialist / Outbound Engineer to build, launch, and scale outbound infrastructure. If you treat cold outreach like an exact science focusing on deliverability architecture, precise data enrichment, and conversion copywriting rather than spam, this role is built for you. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - List Building & Enrichment: Scrape, clean, segment, and enrich targeted ICP lead lists using modern data tools. - Technical Deliverability: Manage secondary domain setups, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, custom tracking domains, inbox warm-up, and sender reputation monitoring. - Cold Copywriting: Write concise, high-converting cold email sequences, follow-ups, and personalized hooks designed for executive reply rates. - Campaign Execution: Build, launch, and manage multi-inbox campaigns inside leading cold outreach tools. - Optimization & Testing: Run ongoing A/B tests on hooks, CTAs, subject lines, and offer angles to steadily drive positive response rates. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven track record executing B2B cold email campaigns that produce measurable pipeline. - Deep technical understanding of inbox deliverability and domain infrastructure. - Strong written communication skills with the ability to speak the language of founders, CMOs, and sales leaders. - Experience with cold email stacks (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, MillionVerifier, or equivalents). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: 100% Remote (India). - Employment Type: Full-time. • Application Instructions: - Send an email to the provided contact email with: * Your updated Resume / Portfolio (including deliverability metrics or pipeline results if available). * A brief 1–2 minute intro video outlining your outbound experience and technical stack. * Subject Line: Application: Outbound Engineer - [Your Full Name]
