Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Work on Affiliate Marketing campaigns to onboard, coordinate, and manage affiliates. - Coordinate directly with Advertisers for seamless campaign execution, tracking, and performance optimization. - Manage and support Publishers, track their ongoing performance, and build strong professional relationships. - Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at driving high-quality traffic, leads, and conversions. - Plan, conceptualize, and create engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and various promotional activities. - Monitor multi-channel campaign performance, generate regular analytical reports, and suggest actionable improvements. - Research emerging marketing opportunities, explore new channels, and actively support overall business growth. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Foundational knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools. - Clear understanding of affiliate marketing dynamics, as well as advertiser and publisher ecosystems. - Strong verbal and written communication skills alongside solid coordination capabilities. - Creative mindset with innovative ideas for content and marketing campaigns. - Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the team. - Relevant prior experience is a plus, but freshers are fully welcome and encouraged to apply.
