### Role & Company / Project Overview ICONIQ ENERGY is hiring a passionate B2B Marketing professional for the position of Junior / Senior Marketing Manager. The role supports the central office and regional marketing initiatives across India, contributing to the company's fast-paced expansion in the Renewable Energy and Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS) sector. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Develop and execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels. • Manage industry exhibitions, digital marketing strategies, social media presence, and public relations (PR). • Drive brand awareness and promotion among installers, distributors, EPCs, and business partners. • Coordinate industry events, specialized seminars, and collaborative partner campaigns. • Conduct comprehensive market research and ongoing competitor analysis. • Work closely and collaboratively with Sales, Technical, and Product teams to align business and marketing objectives. • Take full ownership of high-impact marketing projects. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 3 to 5 years of professional Marketing Communications experience. • B2B marketing background is preferred. • Industry experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Energy Storage, or Electrical sectors is a plus. • Strong verbal and written communication, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills. • A hands-on, self-driven professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow with AI tools. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: India (supporting central office and pan-India regional marketing initiatives). • Working arrangement: Full-time corporate role. ### Compensation & Benefits • Opportunity to join a fast-growing renewable energy and BESS enterprise with strong career advancement and ownership. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates can share their professional profile and CV directly with the hiring team via the specified contact email.
