### Role & Company / Project Overview House of Idlies is hiring energetic Food Service Runners to ensure quick and efficient transport of freshly prepared food from the kitchen directly to guest tables or packaging counters. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Transport hot dishes and orders from the preparation kitchen to service stations or customer tables quickly and safely. • Verify that orders leaving the counter match tickets with correct condiments, chutneys, and sides. • Clear tables, bus dishes, and maintain dining floor tidiness throughout operational hours. • Assist front-of-house and back-of-house colleagues with kitchen replenishment. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Energetic, hardworking, and attentive with high stamina. • Ability to move quickly and work well in a busy team setting. • Positive attitude towards hospitality and teamwork. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Flexible restaurant floor shifts. ### Compensation & Benefits • Remuneration above market standards. • Accommodation provided. • Food provided. • Travel Allowance. • Provident Fund (PF). • Employee State Insurance (ESI). ### Application Instructions • Apply by recording a short video explaining why you'd like to work with House of Idlies and sending it via WhatsApp.
