• Role & Company / Project Overview: HCLTech is conducting immediate, fast-track hiring for Senior Analytics Engineers to architect and build scalable, business-ready data solutions using modern cloud and analytics technologies. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and business-ready data architectures and pipelines. - Oversee and implement enterprise data modelling, canonical layers, and semantic layers. - Work with cutting-edge cloud infrastructure to deliver high-performance data platforms. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 8 to 10+ years of relevant experience in analytics and data engineering. - Must-Have Skills/Experience: Data Modelling, DBT, Canonical & Semantic layer, AWS (S3, Iceberg, Athena, Glue). - Good-to-Have Skills: Snowflake, SMUS, Airflow. - Notice Period / Joining Requirement: Candidates must be able to join within 2 weeks only. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Potential Onsite Opportunity: High-performing professionals will be considered for an onsite opportunity after six months of joining. • Selection Process & Application Instructions: - Shortlisted candidates will complete a written assessment during the weekend (24th & 25th Oct’26). - Offers for selected candidates are planned to be rolled out by the weekend ending 30 October. - Interested candidates matching the required skillset and immediate joining timeline can apply by submitting their resume with the relevant subject line.
