• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced Azure Data Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The role involves building robust ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and managing modern cloud data warehousing solutions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines - Developing data models and architecting data warehousing systems - Utilizing Azure Databricks, PySpark, Python, SQL, DBT, and Snowflake for data processing and transformation - Managing version control using Git - Implementing and monitoring data quality, governance, and query/performance optimization - Providing production-support troubleshooting and addressing pipeline issues • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 5 to 7 years of hands-on data engineering experience - Strong hands-on expertise in: - Azure Databricks & PySpark - Python & SQL - DBT - Snowflake - ETL/ELT pipeline development - Data modeling & data warehousing - Azure cloud services - Git / Version Control - Data quality, governance & performance optimization - Good to Have Skills: - Azure Data Factory - Azure Synapse - Delta Lake - Azure DevOps / CI-CD - Kafka / Azure Event Hubs - Candidate Attributes: Strong problem-solving, effective communication, and production-support skills - Notice Period: Immediate joiners / 0-day notice preferred • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST - Work Arrangement: Remote - Location: India • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their updated profile for consideration.
