Role & Company / Project Overview Follex Technology is hiring an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer for a reputed client. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity on the client’s payroll (direct client employment). Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Design, implement, and support enterprise IAM solutions. • Integrate applications with Okta and PAM/SSO platforms. • Manage SSO, MFA, federated authentication, and IAM integrations. • Automate IAM processes using scripting and DevOps practices. • Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and privileged access issues. • Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams to strengthen identity security. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 7–10 years of relevant IAM experience. • Primary Skill: Strong hands-on expertise in Okta Administration / IAM. • Additional Skills: Experience with CyberArk PAM or OneLogin. • In-depth knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, SSO, and MFA. • Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Shell. • Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps/Jenkins. • Working knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, automation, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC). • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
