Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive for a 100% Work From Home position. The role requires handling customer inquiries and delivering professional support within a 9-hour shift structure operating 6 days per week with rotational time off. Candidates should possess 6 months to 1 year of relevant customer service experience along with excellent communication skills. Mandatory technical infrastructure includes a laptop equipped with an Intel i5/i7 or AMD Ryzen processor (6th gen or above), Windows 10, minimum 8 GB RAM, a USB headset, stable high-speed Wi-Fi, and accessible E-Aadhaar verification.
