Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as AR Follow-Up Executives working in the US Healthcare RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) process. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Follow up on accounts receivable (AR) with US healthcare insurance providers. • Review and track outstanding claims to ensure timely payment resolution. • Address claim denials, billing discrepancies, and assist in revenue cycle management processes. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience level: Freshers Only. • Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. • Graduation Year: 2023 or later. • Good communication skills and willingness to learn US healthcare RCM workflows.
