Role & Company / Project Overview Aarniksha Solutions is hiring an experienced Migration Lead to lead the end-to-end data migration workstream for an SAP ECC to Jaggaer Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation project. This is a 52-week (1 year) remote contract role starting in the second week of December 2026, requiring project travel. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Own the end-to-end data migration strategy, planning, and delivery • Lead SAP ECC source-data assessment, profiling, cleansing and transformation • Manage source-to-target mapping of procurement data into Jaggaer S2P • Oversee migration of vendor masters, material masters, purchasing documents, invoices and related procurement data • Plan and coordinate multiple mock migration cycles • Drive data reconciliation, validation, defect resolution, and business sign-offs • Lead cutover planning, migration runbooks, contingency planning and go-live readiness • Manage migration risks, issues, dependencies, timelines and deliverables • Act as the primary point of contact for the client and prime contractor • Maintain migration governance, documentation, and quality reporting Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 12+ years of overall experience with substantial ERP data migration expertise • Proven ownership of at least 2 end-to-end ERP or procurement data migration projects through go-live • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC procurement processes and data structures • Experience with vendor master data, material master data, purchasing documents and invoices • Hands-on expertise in data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation and validation • Strong experience in mock migrations, reconciliation, cutover and go-live execution • Note: Hands-on Migration Lead who has personally owned data migration workstreams from planning through go-live is strictly required (candidates with only data analysis, ETL development, SAP functional support, or migration coordination experience without end-to-end migration ownership will not be considered) Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Remote • Travel: 3 trips to Kuwait for project workshops, UAT, and go-live activities • Engagement Type: Contract (52 Weeks / 1 Year) • Expected Start Date: Second Week of December 2026 Compensation & Benefits • Monthly Budget: Open Application Instructions • Interested candidates should share their updated resume highlighting end-to-end migration projects, SAP ECC procurement data expertise, cutover leadership, go-live experience, notice period, and availability for Kuwait travel.
