• Role & Company / Project Overview: Globalwave Softech is hiring a hands-on Technical Development Lead with strong experience in Mainframe-to-Cloud modernization and large-scale transformation programs. Note: This is not a pure Project Manager / Program Manager / Scrum Master role; the position requires deep technical expertise combined with transformation leadership experience. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Drive technical delivery, resolve complex technical issues, and manage system dependencies - Lead large, distributed/offshore development teams - Perform deep-dive troubleshooting across performance, memory, stability, and system integration - Architect and oversee modernization from legacy mainframe systems to modern cloud infrastructures - Interface with key stakeholders providing technical direction and leadership • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 10+ years of application development experience - Strong hands-on expertise in C and C++ - Proven experience with PostgreSQL and Azure - Demonstrated background in Mainframe-to-Cloud / legacy modernization - Solid expertise in troubleshooting performance, memory, stability, and integration issues - Proven track record leading large, distributed, and offshore engineering teams - Strong knowledge of APIs, cloud applications, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies - Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership skills - Preferred: Experience in airline, transportation, or large-scale transaction processing environments • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: India - Shift: Must be available to work until approximately 2:30 AM IST (aligning with the US Eastern Time Zone) • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates are requested to send their resumes to the official recruitment email provided.
