Role & Company / Project Overview: Our client, a segment leader with global product impact, is hiring a technical DevOps Leader / player-coach to build and scale next-gen platform architecture. In this role, you will architect the future, lead high-impact multi-cloud and AI-driven infrastructure, drive an AWS/Azure multi-cloud ecosystem, master EKS and ArgoCD GitOps, and revolutionize delivery using AI-assisted engineering (Claude, AWS Kiro). Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Act as a player-coach to drive the AWS/Azure multi-cloud ecosystem. • Deliver greenfield impact across AWS, Azure, Istio, and DevSecOps. • Provide hands-on leadership in Terraform, EKS, and GitOps. • Spearhead AI-powered SRE, cost optimization, and automation. • Modernize delivery pipelines using AI-assisted engineering tools like Claude and AWS Kiro. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven background as a technical DevOps Leader / Manager. • Deep expertise across AWS, Azure, Istio, and DevSecOps. • Strong hands-on proficiency in Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS), and ArgoCD GitOps. • Experience in platform engineering, AI-powered SRE, AIOps, cost optimization, and automation. • Experience or strong proficiency with AI-assisted engineering tools.
