Role & Company / Project Overview: RMG Solutions is hiring an experienced Workday Integration Consultant - GPC / Payroll Specialist on an immediate contractual basis. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop, maintain, and support end-to-end Workday integrations focusing on GPC and Payroll systems. • Design and implement integration solutions utilizing Workday Studio, PECI, and EIB. • Manage data transformations and integrations using XSLT, APD, and CDOD. • Collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver high-quality integration workflows and ensure timely project deployment. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 12+ years of overall IT experience. • 8+ years of specialized experience in Workday Integrations. • Must-Have Skills: GPC, PECI, Workday Studio, EIB, XSLT, APD, CDOD & Payroll Integrations. • Active Workday Integrations Certification is mandatory. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Mode: Remote. • Contract Duration: 2+ months (Immediate joining). Compensation & Benefits: • Budget: ₹1.5 - ₹2.0 Lakhs Per Month (LPM) based on interview performance.
