• Role & Company / Project Overview Albireo Recruiters is actively seeking an experienced professional to join as an SAP Fieldglass Consultant / Manager. The ideal candidate will join an inclusive, collaborative environment dedicated to building competitive advantages and procurement transformations for world-leading client organizations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead & Deliver: Drive high-impact design workshops, manage architecture and gap analysis, and lead functional teams of 4–6 consultants through SIT, UAT, and Go-Live stages. - Advise & Transform: Guide global clients on building robust business cases, optimizing contingent spend visibility, and establishing modern, resilient external workforce strategies. - Innovate: Build cutting-edge assets, configuration templates, and publish thought leadership (POVs) on the future of procurement, including AI-assisted Statement of Work (SOW) management. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 10–15 years of post-qualification experience, featuring a minimum of 8+ years in large-scale SAP Fieldglass consulting. - Proven Track Record: At least 2 end-to-end full-lifecycle SAP Fieldglass implementations completed with mandatory hands-on configuration experience. - Technical Suite: Deep expertise in SAP Fieldglass modules including Contingent Workforce, SOW/Services Procurement, and Worker Profile Management. - The Extra Edge: Strong functional integration experience with SAP S/4HANA MM and/or SAP Ariba (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, CPI/Integration Suite). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: India (Consulting role with global clients). - Work Model: Standard business hours as required by client delivery. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates fitting the profile are invited to submit their application via the provided contact email.
