• Role & Company / Project Overview: Sama.AI is urgently hiring a PhD AI Research Scientist for a leading Tier-1 organization. We are seeking passionate AI researchers with a robust academic and research background who have hands-on experience implementing and customizing state-of-the-art AI research papers, optimizing large-scale models, and developing innovative real-world AI products. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Implement and customize cutting-edge state-of-the-art AI research papers. - Optimize large-scale machine learning and deep learning models for production and research pipelines. - Lead dataset development, benchmarking, and systematic model evaluation. - Build and architect innovative AI solutions and transform scientific research into deployable AI products. - Perform distributed training, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and performance optimization across diverse models. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Mandatory Qualification: PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven research portfolio with publications in top-tier AI conferences and journals. - Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) including GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, and Falcon. - Strong expertise in Generative AI and Multimodal AI systems. - Deep domain knowledge in Computer Vision architectures including ViT, SAM, and CLIP. - Extensive experience with generative modeling techniques such as Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, and GANs. - Proficiency in core machine learning frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX. - Hands-on practical expertise with Hugging Face Transformers. - In-depth knowledge of distributed training frameworks including DeepSpeed, FSDP, and related distributed scaling paradigms. - Comprehensive experience in fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and advanced model optimization. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location details not specified; hiring for a leading Tier-1 organization via Sama.AI. • Application Instructions: - Apply directly via the Sama.AI platform or share your updated resume and research portfolio with the hiring team.
