• Role & Company / Project Overview HL Mando is expanding its team and seeking talented professionals passionate about building innovative AI/ML solutions and driving technological advancement for the position of Part Leader – Machine Learning. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design, develop, optimize, and deploy robust Machine Learning and Deep Learning models. - Develop ML-based solutions for anomaly detection to identify abnormal patterns. - Design and implement high-performance recommendation engines. - Work with time-series and sequential data modeling using LSTM. - Provide technical leadership and guidance on AI/ML projects. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. - Strong foundational understanding of mathematics, statistics, and algorithm development (regression and classification algorithms). - Computer Vision expertise: Image processing, object detection, image classification, and deep learning. - Anomaly Detection: Proven experience in identifying abnormal patterns using ML. - Recommendation Systems: Hands-on experience designing and implementing recommendation engines. - Ensemble Learning: Hands-on experience with XGBoost, Random Forest, and related techniques. - Deep Learning & Time-Series: Practical experience with LSTM and sequential data modeling. - Proven track record of developing, optimizing, and deploying ML models. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Onsite / Standard business hours as specified by HL Mando. • Compensation & Benefits - Standard compensation based on company norms and industry standards. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates matching the 6–7 years experience requirement and technical skill set can submit their CV to the hiring team via the specified contact email.
