• Role & Company / Project Overview Seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, Azure, and Python to design, deploy, and own enterprise AI solutions end-to-end. This is a permanent, fully remote position. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Partner with business leaders and product teams to identify high-value AI use cases. - Conduct discovery workshops and translate business needs into scalable AI solutions. - Design and develop Generative AI & Agentic AI applications. - Build RAG pipelines using enterprise knowledge sources and vector databases. - Develop intelligent agents for workflows such as underwriting, claims, customer service, IT support, and operations. - Integrate AI solutions with Azure, APIs, databases, SharePoint, ServiceNow, CRM, and document repositories. - Deploy and manage AI applications in Azure cloud environments. - Implement monitoring, observability, logging, evaluation, and performance optimization. - Own production deployments, troubleshooting, reliability, scalability, latency, and cost optimization. - Collaborate with architects, developers, data engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders. - Identify new AI opportunities and develop prototypes, PoCs, reusable frameworks, and accelerators. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Strong Python and modern software engineering practices. - Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agents. - Experience building RAG applications with vector databases and enterprise content repositories. - Strong knowledge of Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions. - Experience with REST APIs, microservices, containers, and CI/CD. - Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks. - Experience with one or more AI / Agent Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI. - Experience with Vector Databases: Pinecone, Azure AI Search, Weaviate, ChromaDB. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Remote (India / IST base) - Shift: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST - Employment Type: Permanent - Interview Mode: Virtual • Application Instructions Submit your profile/resume via the recruiter contact details provided.
