• Role & Company / Project Overview Phitech Labs is hiring an AI / Agentic Solution Architect to design and lead enterprise AI architecture for customer self-service platforms, enabling intelligent agents to automate customer journeys, integrate with SAP systems, and deliver secure, scalable AI-powered solutions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design and lead enterprise AI architecture for customer self-service platforms. - Enable intelligent agents to automate end-to-end customer journeys. - Integrate intelligent agentic solutions seamlessly with SAP systems. - Deliver secure, reliable, and scalable AI-powered solutions across the enterprise. - Work on Model Context Protocol (MCP), tool calling, agent orchestration, and complex workflow design. - Implement context engineering, AI guardrails, observability, evaluation frameworks, and AI governance. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 7 to 15 years of relevant industry experience. - Core expertise in AI / Agentic AI Architecture, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Multi-Agent Systems. - Strong proficiency in MCP, Tool Calling, Agent Orchestration, and Workflow Design. - Expertise in SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA, REST/OData APIs, and Enterprise Integration. - In-depth knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Context Engineering, AI Governance, and Security. - Experience with AI Guardrails, Observability, Evaluation, and Cloud Architecture. - Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in SAP AI, SAP Joule, SAP Generative AI Hub / AI Core, and enterprise Agentic AI architecture. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Fully Remote (India). • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their updated resume to the designated contact email.
