Role & Company / Project Overview: MI Village Child Care Center is a brand-new child care center for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, built on the idea that it takes a village to raise a child. Located in downtown Independence, OR, the center is looking for passionate Child Care Teachers to join the team from the start and help shape the center's culture. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide attentive, caring, and developmentally appropriate care and education for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. • Implement and facilitate play-based learning activities in a supportive early childhood environment. • Help build and nurture a collaborative, positive community culture within the center. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • A genuine love for working with young children. • Strong belief and alignment with play-based learning philosophies. • Desire to help establish and shape the culture of a brand-new early learning facility.
