We are urgently hiring a Colour Consultant for Birla Opus Paints. This is an office desk position (only for female candidates) based in Imphal, Manipur. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting suitable paint colors and combinations, understand customer preferences and design needs, provide color recommendations based on trends, lighting, and décor, demonstrate color shades and finishes, conduct site visits when required, promote paint products, prepare color schemes, coordinate with painters and sales teams, maintain customer relationships, and support sales targets. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Minimum 6 months in retail sales (freshers also welcome). Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month net take-home plus PF & ESIC benefits. Strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills required. Knowledge of local language of Manipur preferred. Job Type: Full-Time. Industry: Any retail industry.
