• Role & Company / Project Overview Apollo Health Axis is looking for a full-time, professional Call Center Agent to join the team on-site in Madhapur, Hyderabad. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. - Provide accurate information and solve customer queries effectively. - Escalate urgent issues appropriately. - Meet and exceed team performance metrics and quality benchmarks. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: Undergraduate or Graduate degree (Mandatory). - Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi (Mandatory). - Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and fast typing skills. - Experience: Prior call center experience is preferred (Voice Process). Freshers are also eligible. - Immediate joiners preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Shift: 24x7 Rotational shifts - Working Days: 6 days per week with rotational weekly off - Work Type: Full-time, On-site - Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Up to 3.8 LPA (₹3,80,000 per year) • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can apply by sending an updated resume to the recruitment contact or via call/WhatsApp.
