• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Oracle EBS Service Functional Consultant based in Hyderabad. The role focuses on driving service enhancements, process improvements, and global standardization, balancing regional business requirements with global standardization objectives while driving product evolution, operational excellence, and improved aftermarket service delivery. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Deliver functional enhancements and process improvements - Provide L2 support and perform root-cause analysis - Drive global process standardization and convergence - Support integrations across Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, and Finance • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 2 to 8 years of relevant experience - Key skills required: • Oracle EBS R12 • Service Contracts (OKS) • Installed Base (CSI) • Field Service and Depot Repair • Spares Management • Warranty & Entitlement Management • Returns & Repair Management - A collaborative functional expert capable of managing aftermarket service delivery and product evolution • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India • Application Instructions: Interested candidates should share their updated CV with the recruitment contact.
