Role & Company / Project Overview: CAhead is seeking an experienced FICO Blaze Advisor Developer (IDE) with strong business rule development skills to join the team in Hyderabad under a hybrid work setup. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct business rule development, rule authoring, and rule modeling. • Implement and configure decision tables, rule flows, and rule deployment. • Perform rule testing, debugging, and continuous integration. • Build and integrate backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience. • Hands-on expertise in FICO Blaze Advisor (BRMS). • Strong background in Business Rule Development, Rule Authoring & Rule Modeling. • In-depth familiarity with Decision Tables, Rule Flows & Rule Deployment. • Proficiency in Java (Java 8 / Java 11 / Java 17), Spring Boot, REST APIs & Microservices. • Solid knowledge of SQL, Rule Testing & Debugging. • Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins & CI/CD pipelines. • Preferred: Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain experience.
