### Role & Company / Project Overview Dhruvsoft Services Private Limited is hiring for a full-time Zoho HRMS & Finance Specialist. The role is suitable for a Zoho HRMS Consultant with hands-on experience customising Zoho People, Zoho Recruit & Zoho Payroll, and a Zoho Finance Consultant with hands-on experience customising Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory & Zoho Billing. The candidate will configure, customise, automate, and support Zoho applications based on business requirements. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Configure and customise Zoho HRMS and Finance applications based on business needs. • Manage HR operations using Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Payroll. • Support accounting, inventory, invoicing, and billing using Zoho Books, Inventory, and Billing. • Develop Deluge scripts, workflows, custom functions, and process automation. • Customise forms, reports, dashboards, and approval workflows. • Integrate Zoho applications with external systems using REST APIs and Webhooks. • Troubleshoot issues and provide functional and technical support. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho HRMS and Finance applications. • Strong/hands-on knowledge of Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Payroll. • Good knowledge of Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Billing. • Experience in Deluge scripting, workflow configuration, and automation. • Knowledge of Zoho Creator, REST APIs, and Webhooks is an advantage. • Understanding of HR, accounting, inventory, and billing processes. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Employment Type: Full-Time. • Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office). ### Compensation & Benefits • Not specified. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates can share their CV/resumes for consideration.
