### Role & Company / Project Overview FirstMile IT Services Inc is hiring a Senior Java Full Stack Developer (Designation: Senior Associate / Manager) for a leading organization to join their Wholesale Credit Risk team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining complex financial applications with high quality standards. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and React JS. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless system integration. - Write clean, maintainable code and actively participate in code reviews. - Identify and resolve application performance bottlenecks and issues. - Provide technical guidance and contribute to development best practices. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. - Maintain appropriate technical documentation. - Follow security best practices while handling financial applications and sensitive data. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 7.5 to 12 Years. - Technical Skills: Java, Spring Framework / Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Hibernate, React JS, REST APIs and web services. - Database & Cloud: SQL, Oracle and/or MongoDB, CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Version Control & Process: Git / Version Control, SDLC Process, strong soft skills and communication. - Preferred Skills: Financial Services experience (preferably Wholesale Credit Risk & Trade Finance), Agile/Scrum experience, strong problem-solving skills. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Hyderabad, India. - Employment Type: Full-time. - Interview Mode: Face to Face (F2F) on 10th October 2026. ### Compensation & Benefits - Standard corporate benefits as per company policy. ### Application Instructions - Interested candidates can email their updated resume to the contact email provided.
