Role & Company / Project Overview: Skill2Hire Technologies is hiring an experienced Oracle EBS/Apps RICEW Technical Consultant for a Big 5 client on a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) basis under Skill2Hire payroll. The candidate will design, develop, and support custom solutions across Oracle EBS modules, collaborating closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, develop, test, and deploy RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow). • Develop and customize reports using Oracle Reports and XML Publisher / BI Publisher. • Build and maintain inbound and outbound interfaces using PL/SQL, SQL*Loader, Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, and Concurrent Programs. • Handle data conversions and migrations during implementations and upgrades. • Customize and extend standard EBS functionality utilizing Forms Personalization and OAF/ADF extensions. • Design, configure, and maintain Oracle Workflow Builder processes, Business Events, and Notifications. • Write and optimize complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and database triggers. • Perform unit testing, provide SIT/UAT defect resolution support, assist with production support, and conduct performance tuning. • Prepare and maintain technical design documents (AIM/OUM methodology: MD50, MD70, CV40, TE20) and unit test scripts. • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Support EBS upgrade and patch application activities as needed. • Coordinate independently with internal teams, client IT teams, and business stakeholders. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS technical development (Oracle EBS R12 / 12.1 / 12.2). • Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and PL/SQL programming. • Proven proficiency across RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflow). • Practical knowledge of XML Publisher / BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, SQL*Loader, Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, and FNDLOAD. • Hands-on experience with Forms Personalization and OAF/ADF extensions. • Expertise in Oracle Workflow Builder, Business Events, and Notification systems. • Working knowledge of AOL (Application Object Library) – Concurrent Programs, Value Sets, Profile Options, and Menus. • Experience with Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), SCM (INV, PO, OM), or Manufacturing modules is preferred. • Understanding of Trading Community Architecture (TCA) is a plus. • Comprehensive understanding of AIM/OUM documentation standards (MD50, MD70, CV40, TE20). • Background Verification (BGV) and Provident Fund (PF) history are mandatory. • Notice Period: Immediate to 1 Month. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid mode with mandatory 1 day per week at the client office). • Shift: UK Shift.
