Role & Company / Project Overview NetWeb Software is hiring an experienced and skilled Java Developer to join the team in Hyderabad. The company is seeking immediate joiners who can contribute effectively in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Develop, maintain, and enhance robust cloud-native enterprise applications using modern Java technologies. • Design, build, and deploy high-performance microservices architectures utilizing Spring Boot. • Implement and support AWS cloud deployments and integrate various AWS cloud services. • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver secure and scalable software solutions. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Overall experience: 6+ years of total experience, with 5+ years of relevant experience in core Java development. • Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. • Practical experience with AWS cloud services and cloud deployments. • Hands-on technical exposure to AWS EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda. • Proven experience in developing cloud-native applications. • Domain experience in BFSI / Banking / Financial Services is preferred. • Strong problem-solving abilities and clear professional communication skills. • Availability: Immediate joiners only. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India. • Work Mode: Hybrid. • Shift Requirement: Candidates must be comfortable working approximately 2 weeks of night shift once every 2 months.
