Role & Company / Project Overview Potla Tech Solutions is seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in building modern, responsive, and scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Frontend Development: - Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+). - Integrate REST APIs and manage application state using Redux, Context API, React Query, or similar tools. - Convert Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces. - Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable UI components. - Optimize application performance using caching, lazy loading, and effective error handling. • Backend Development: - Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using Node.js. - Work with Express.js or NestJS (preferred). - Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs. - Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. - Implement authentication, authorization, and basic application security practices. - Handle data modeling, business logic, and third-party integrations. • DevOps & Cloud (Basic Knowledge): - Understand CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions. - Have foundational knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Understand cloud deployments, environments, and release management. - Be familiar with Docker and containerization. - Assist with deployment, monitoring, and release activities. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 1–3 years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience. • Core Required Skills: React.js, Node.js, TypeScript / JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 & CSS3, Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap, REST API Development & Integration, Git & Version Control, Basic DevOps & CI/CD Knowledge, Basic Cloud Exposure (AWS / GCP / Azure). • Good to Have Skills: Redis, Message Queues and Microservices, WebSockets / Firebase, Material UI / Tailwind CSS, Jest / Mocha, Docker and Monitoring Tools, Deployment and Release Workflows. • Candidate Profile: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, ability to develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code, good collaboration and communication skills.
