• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Compensation & Benefits for a permanent client engagement based in Hyderabad. The role operates on a full-time, work-from-office basis. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation and Benefits modules. - Gather business requirements, conduct gap analyses, and deliver functional solutions tailored to client needs. - Support testing, user training, and post-go-live functional enhancements. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 8 to 10 Years. - Strong hands-on functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules with specialized focus on Compensation & Benefits. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India. - Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO). - Employment Type: Permanent with client. • Application Instructions: Qualified candidates should send an updated CV stating Position Applied For | Total Experience | Relevant Experience | Current Location | Notice Period in the subject/body.
