Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer with strong backend development expertise in C#/.NET and SQL Server, along with hands-on experience in React.js. The role involves 70% Backend and 30% Frontend development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across multiple business applications, troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing database performance, and enhancing existing applications with minimal guidance. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Develop, maintain, and enhance business applications using C# and .NET. • Design, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL Server queries and stored procedures. • Build and maintain responsive UI components using React.js. • Debug complex issues across frontend, backend, and database layers. • Perform root cause analysis and implement scalable, maintainable solutions. • Understand complex business logic, application architecture, and object relationships. • Work across multiple applications and adapt quickly to unfamiliar codebases. • Contribute to application maintenance, modernization, and performance improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 5 to 10 years of experience. • Strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET development. • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, stored procedures, and query optimization. • Practical experience with React.js and responsive UI development. • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to independently troubleshoot end-to-end application issues. • Experience working across multiple applications and technology stacks. • Strong communication skills and ownership of deliverables. • Good to have: ASP.NET Core, Blazor, ASP.NET Razor Pages. Ideal Candidate A hands-on developer with strong backend engineering skills, solid frontend knowledge, and the ability to independently analyze complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions.
