• Role & Company / Project Overview A leading MNC is hiring experienced software professionals for the role of .Net Core Multithreading Developer. The role is based out of Hyderabad under a hybrid work model. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, multithreaded backend applications using .NET Core. - Implement parallel processing, asynchronous workflows, and concurrency patterns using TPL and modern async/await constructs. - Leverage AI-assisted developer tooling such as GitHub Copilot, custom prompt engineering, and agent creation to accelerate and optimize software engineering lifecycles. - Collaborate across technical teams to deliver enterprise-grade, scalable solutions. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience Required: Looking for candidates across two experience bands: 1) 4.5 years to 6 years 2) 7 years to 9 years - Core Technical Skills: .Net Core, Multithreading, TPL Libraries (Task Parallel Library), Async/Await programming. - AI Skills: Practical exposure to GitHub Copilot or any AI coding prompts and agent's creation. - Documentation Requirement: Passport is mandatory. - Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days joiners preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India. - Mode of Work: Hybrid model requiring 4 days Work From Office (WFO). - Interview Schedule: Face-to-Face interviews on 31-Oct-2026. • Compensation & Benefits - Standard industry package offered based on experience level and profile evaluation. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their updated resume / CV to the designated email address.
