Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Engineering Manager for a product-based organization to lead multiple engineering teams, drive technical strategy, engineering excellence, and large-scale delivery. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and mentor multiple cross-functional engineering teams • Drive overall technical strategy, architecture, and engineering excellence • Oversee large-scale software project delivery and system design • Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, and deployment automation • Provide strong people management, team guidance, and engineering leadership Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 11+ years of total experience in software engineering and development • 3+ years of dedicated engineering leadership and people management experience • Strong technical expertise in Java • Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Distributed Systems • Hands-on experience with Cloud and container platforms including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes • Strong working knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, GitLab CI, and modern DevOps practices • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible • Proven track record in people management, mentoring, and technical leadership Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India • Work arrangement: Onsite / Standard business hours Application Instructions: Interested candidates can share their updated profile via email for immediate review.
