Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a Duty Manager for corporate security leadership. The ideal candidate is a proven security leader with strong command centre expertise, excellent communication and negotiation skills, sound decision-making abilities, and experience in emergency and crisis management. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead security officers and supervisors, including deployment, scheduling, training, and performance management. - Monitor daily manpower strength, post coverage, and operational readiness. - Coordinate with Landlord, FM, GT, and Engineering teams. - Manage incidents, emergencies, investigations, and security escalations. - Conduct security inspections, audits, and compliance checks. - Prepare operational reports and implement security procedures. - Oversee CCTV, access control systems, and security equipment maintenance. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Graduation in any discipline. - Age requirement: 35–45 years. - 10–12 years of relevant experience. - Strong hands-on experience in physical corporate security and Command Centre operations. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working Schedule: 5 days a week. - Shifts: Rotational shifts. - Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. • Compensation & Benefits - CTC: 15.5 LPA. • Application Instructions Interested candidates should submit their updated resume to the contact specified.
