We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Leader to join one of our leading NBFC/BFSI/Insurance industry clients on a PAN India basis. In this pivotal role, you will lead your own sales team within the agency channel, responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating Insurance Advisors to achieve ambitious business targets while fostering a high-performance culture. Your core responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding high-quality agents, ensuring their IRDAI licensing, and developing their sales skills through comprehensive training and field demonstrations. You will drive team performance to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for life insurance products, monitor key performance indicators, and implement improvement plans as needed. Additionally, you will manage field operations, accompany advisors on client meetings, and ensure strict adherence to company policies and IRDAI regulations. The ideal candidate is a graduate with at least six months of sales or team handling experience, preferably in the BFSI or insurance sector, and possesses strong communication, leadership, and a target-driven mindset. A two-wheeler with a valid driving license and local residency are mandatory.
