### Role & Company / Project Overview Urgent requirement for an experienced Certified Medical Coding Quality Analyst specializing in IPDRG to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team in Hyderabad. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Audit and review inpatient coding for accuracy, consistency, and compliance. - Validate ICD-10-CM/PCS codes and DRG assignments according to DRG guidelines. - Conduct coding audit and quality analysis across the inpatient coding scope. - Share feedback and support quality improvement across the coding team. - Work actively in a US Healthcare RCM environment. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 2+ years of relevant experience in medical coding quality analysis / IPDRG. - Specialty: Inpatient DRG (IPDRG). - Mandatory Certification: CPC, CCS, or equivalent recognized medical coding certification. - Thorough understanding of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and DRG guidelines. - Immediate joiners only. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India - Joining: Immediate ### Compensation & Benefits - Strong growth opportunities - Stable and supportive work environment - Opportunity to be part of a dedicated healthcare RCM team ### Application Instructions - Eligible candidates can apply by calling HR or sending an updated resume via DM.
