Job description

Aakarsh Consultancy is recruiting a Senior Executive or Assistant Manager in Formulation Technology for an onsite position in Hyderabad. The role requires an M. Pharm in Pharmaceutics or Pharmaceutical Chemistry with 8 to 13 years of hardcore experience in Solid Oral Dosage (OSD) forms, including IR/MR/ER tablets, capsules, granules, and sachets. The candidate will drive formulation development projects, optimization, scale-up, technology transfer, and commercialization. Specific responsibilities involve wet/dry granulation, fluid bed drying (FBD), blending, compression, coating, encapsulation, dissolution testing, f2 profiling, and ICH stability studies. Experience working with CMOs/CROs and exposure to global regulated markets—especially the EU—is required. Knowledge of CTD Module 3, analytical development, regulatory support, technical documentation, product costing, and cross-functional coordination across R&D, scale-up, regulatory, and commercial teams is mandatory.
