• Role & Company / Project Overview CognitivZen Technologies is seeking a seasoned QA Practice Head (1 open position) in Hyderabad to lead and expand the company’s Quality Assurance organization and strategic testing initiatives. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Define, architect, and lead the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for the QA practice. - Oversee automated, manual, performance, and security testing across multiple enterprise projects. - Establish quality metrics, testing frameworks, and continuous delivery QA standards. - Mentor and lead QA managers, leads, and engineers, while driving client delivery excellence. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 15 to 20 years of proven leadership experience in quality engineering and testing management. - Extensive background establishing QA practices, test automation centers of excellence, and delivery frameworks. - Strong client-facing skills, leadership acumen, and organizational capabilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Hyderabad, India - Work model: Standard executive corporate hours • Compensation & Benefits - Executive-level compensation package. • Application Instructions - Send resumes directly to CognitivZen Technologies recruitment team.
