• Role & Company / Project Overview: ValueLabs is hiring an experienced Project Manager – Managed Services & Engineering to oversee IT managed services engagements across Southeast Asia, with a primary focus on engineering excellence, service quality, and AI-led software delivery. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage IT managed services engagements across Southeast Asia. - Oversee offshore-onshore delivery and coordinate distributed teams. - Maintain and enforce SLAs, KPIs, service governance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Drive improvements in service quality, team productivity, operational efficiency, and overall delivery economics. - Align delivery with engineering best practices, DevOps methodologies, and Agile practices. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 10–15 years of relevant professional experience. - Strong background in IT managed services, SLAs, KPIs, service governance, and continuous improvement. - Solid understanding of engineering, DevOps, and Agile practices. - Practical exposure to AI-led software engineering, test automation, and modern engineering productivity tools. - Proven track record of managing offshore-onshore delivery and leading distributed cross-functional teams. - Demonstrated capability to enhance service quality, productivity, operational efficiency, and delivery economics. - Experience working within the Telecom or Media & Entertainment industry vertical is considered an advantage. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India. • Application Instructions: - Interested and eligible candidates who fit the profile can share their CV with the hiring team via the contact email provided.
