Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Technology Lead – Qlik Sense (AMS Support) for Yeshvika Talents supporting the Insurance domain. This role is focused on application maintenance and support, business intelligence, and enterprise data integration for business-critical reporting and data applications. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide L2/L3 application maintenance and support for Qlik Sense, Hyperion, and DataStage • Monitor dashboards, scheduled jobs, batch processes, and data loads • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within agreed SLAs • Support Qlik Sense dashboards, reports, and data reloads • Troubleshoot Hyperion planning, reporting, data loads, and job failures • Monitor DataStage ETL jobs and resolve data, dependency, and performance issues • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive fixes • Handle minor enhancements, bug fixes, configuration changes, and deployments • Coordinate with business users, infrastructure teams, and upstream/downstream application teams • Maintain SOPs, support runbooks, knowledge-transfer documents, and incident records Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Total Experience: 8+ years • Mandatory Skill: Qlik Sense • Desired Skills: IBM DataStage, Oracle Hyperion • Extensive experience in L2/L3 production support and incident management • Strong expertise in ETL monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis • Proven track record in stakeholder coordination and operational documentation • Domain expertise: Insurance domain experience preferred Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana • Work Mode: Hybrid • Shifts: Mostly 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST; weekend shift rotation required Compensation & Benefits: • Not specified Application Instructions: • Interested candidates are requested to send their updated resume via email.
