Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn. • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. • Contact candidates and explain job opportunities. • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates. • Coordinate with the HR team to fulfil hiring requirements.
