• Role & Company / Project Overview Fugetec is expanding its US IT recruitment operations and looking for an experienced OPT Recruitment Lead to lead the recruitment team, build strong candidate pipelines, and drive successful placements. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead and mentor the OPT recruitment team - Source and screen OPT candidates for suitable IT opportunities - Build candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, and professional networks - Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, follow-ups, and placements - Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and candidates - Track recruitment performance and achieve placement targets - Ensure accurate candidate documentation and follow applicable employment requirements - Train recruiters and improve team productivity • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment, with strong OPT recruitment experience - Proven experience leading or mentoring a recruitment team - Good understanding of US IT roles, hiring processes, and work authorization categories - Experience with candidate sourcing, screening, submissions, and interview coordination - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills - Ability to manage recruitment targets and lead a high-performing team • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana, India - Work Mode: Onsite - Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST - Week Off: Saturday & Sunday - Joining: Immediate joiners preferred • Application Instructions Interested candidates should send their updated resume via email with the subject line 'Applying for OPT Recruitment Lead'.
