• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a skilled Die Fitter to be a part of our growing team at Mechta Industries in Hyderabad. This role is focused on sheet metal die development, tool and die maintenance, and mechanical fitting operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Sheet metal die development and maintenance - Fitting machine components strictly as per assembly drawings - Reading and interpreting CAD drawings, assembly drawings, and geometric symbols - Measuring and marking components accurately using precision instruments - Troubleshooting fitting and assembly issues effectively - Preparing preventive maintenance and breakdown reports • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Qualification: NTTF – Tool & Die Making or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in tool and die fitting - Key Skills & Technical Proficiencies: - Sheet Metal Die Development & Maintenance - Jigs & Fixtures - SPM Assembly - Assembly Drawing interpretation - Hand Filing & Lapping - Tapping, Drilling & Helicoil installation - Vernier Caliper & Micrometer handling - Feeler, Thread, and Pin Gauge usage - Die Troubleshooting & Fitting • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India - Work Arrangement: On-site • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA (₹300,000 to ₹360,000 per annum) • Application Instructions - Interested candidates with relevant skills and experience can share their updated CV to apply for the position.
