Role & Company / Project Overview Avelon Spaces (Client: Infiniq Solutions) is hiring for the position of Digital Marketing & Sales Executive in the Sales & Marketing department in Hyderabad. The role involves managing digital marketing, lead generation, client relationships, and sales support activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms to contribute directly to business growth. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Manage digital marketing and social media activities • Generate leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, WhatsApp, and social media • Handle, nurture, and follow up with leads and clients • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties • Coordinate and schedule property site visits • Support sales activities, negotiations, and deal closures • Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms • Create and coordinate property-related posts, reels, and videos • Maintain and update lead and customer databases • Track marketing campaigns, lead performance, and sales activities • Conduct market and competitor research • Prepare regular sales and marketing reports • Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Real Estate Sales, BDE, or Client Relationship Management • Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads • Good understanding of Instagram and WhatsApp Marketing • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills • Excellent lead follow-up and client-handling abilities • Target-oriented and self-motivated approach • Ability to take ownership and manage multiple responsibilities • Real estate industry experience is an advantage Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Employment Type: Full-Time • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India Compensation & Benefits • Salary: ₹4.2–5.2 LPA Application Instructions • Interested candidates can share their updated CV with the recruitment team via email.
