### Role & Company / Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting business needs with technology solutions across projects. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis. - Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and detailed process flows. - Manage stakeholder expectations and cross-functional communications. - Perform gap analysis and drive continuous process improvement. - Work in Agile, Scrum, and standard SDLC environments. - Provide hands-on UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 6+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst. - Notice period: Immediate to 15 days. - Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps. - Hands-on expertise in Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - SQL proficiency is preferred. - Experience with Power BI or Tableau is preferred. - Domain experience in Banking, Finance, Healthcare, or Retail is an added advantage. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India (Onsite/Office-based as required). ### Application Instructions - Interested candidates can apply by submitting an updated resume.
