Role & Company / Project Overview: Sigma Careers is hiring for one of India's leading consulting companies for the role of Decision Science Practitioner Consultant – S&C Global Network at the Consultant management level. The role requires a skilled Data Modeler / Consultant to design and maintain conceptual, logical, physical, and semantic data models supporting Advanced Analytics, AI/ML, Decision Science, and Generative AI use cases. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, domain experts, data engineers, data scientists, and AI/ML teams to build scalable and high-quality data and semantic models. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design and maintain conceptual, logical, physical, and semantic data models for enterprise systems • Develop reusable and extensible models for analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI use cases • Support ontology and knowledge graph modelling • Build data foundations for Generative AI systems • Enable RAG pipelines and intelligent agent workflows • Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, data scientists, and AI/ML teams to understand and translate business needs • Drive and support data governance, standards, metadata, lineage, and documentation • Ensure high-quality, well-documented, and scalable data assets • Translate complex business concepts into scalable data models Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience • Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field • Must-Have Skills: - Data Modelling - Conceptual & Logical Data Design - Physical Data Modelling - Semantic Modelling - Understanding of Knowledge Graphs - Relational & Graph-based Data Models - Data Architecture / Information Modelling • Good-to-Have Skills: - Data Science - Ontologies - AI/ML Data Enablement - GenAI Foundations - Knowledge Graph Technologies – Neo4j or similar - RAG Pipelines & Agentic AI - Feature Stores - Data Governance & Standards Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India • Work arrangement: Consulting / S&C Global Network Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive compensation matching experience and industry standards Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can share their CV with the recruiting contact.
