Role & Company / Project Overview: Infinx is hiring experienced Charge Entry executives (5 open positions) to support non-voice Revenue Cycle Management services at our Hitech City facility in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Review clinical encounter forms, superbills, and medical documentation for accurate billing entry. • Enter patient demographic and charge information into medical billing software with correct diagnostic (ICD) and procedure (CPT/HCPCS) codes and modifiers. • Verify insurance coverage, eligibility, and billing rules to prevent claim rejections. • Identify and resolve charge discrepancies or missing information prior to claims submission. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Demonstrated prior hands-on experience in Charge Entry within US healthcare RCM. • Strong knowledge of medical coding concepts, fee schedules, and medical billing compliance. • Immediate joiners only. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. • Shift / Arrangement: Onsite non-voice RCM operations.
