Role & Company / Project Overview: QBoyd Solutions is hiring a Material Master Data Management Operator for an onsite role in HITEC City, Hyderabad. This is a 6 to 12 months contract-to-hire opportunity offering potential conversion to permanent employment based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Perform material master data creation, modification, extension, and ongoing maintenance in SAP. • Manage material master data operations utilizing SAP MM and Master Data Governance (MDG). • Validate incoming data requests and guarantee accuracy, consistency, and compliance. • Investigate data discrepancies and issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and resolve requests strictly within defined SLAs. • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enhance data quality and operational efficiency. • Support restricted party screening activities where applicable. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 5+ years of extensive experience in Master Data Operations. • Strong hands-on experience in SAP and SAP MM. • Demonstrated expertise in Material Master Data creation, maintenance, and validation. • Working knowledge of Master Data Governance (MDG). • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Good English communication skills. • Flexibility to work occasional evening or night shifts as required. • Preferred: Experience in Restricted Party Screening. • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. • Preferred: Prior experience working in a global Master Data Management environment. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) – Onsite. • Location: HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. • Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST (with flexibility for occasional evening or night shifts). • Working Days: Monday to Friday.
